The book must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning any items, and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned book. If the book is returned in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original method of payment. If the book is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
